Advocacy Campaigns and Initiatives

Think you don't need a political consultant?  Recruitment, mobilization and activation techniques often associated with political campaigning can also serve as effective tools enabling businesses and industry associations to positively influence public policy, legislation and/or regulations at the local, state or federal level.  In today's world, where statutory and regulatory measures are being crafted and implemented at record pace, New Strategies Group develops and manages cost-effective, successful advocacy campaigns so you can protect your interests and advance key causes.

While some of our strategic and tactical approaches in this arena are similar to that of our political campaign development, we also recognize that businesses and industry associations are distinctly different in their overall approach to influencing public policy.  That's why we adjust our strategic development, tactical implementation and budgetary priorities to fit your needs.

At the end of the day it is all about results – and you can count on NSG to build and execute a campaign that you will be proud to be associated with and that yields results.  We would don't settle for anything less.

Did You Know?

In the early stages of the 1984 general election major polls showed Ronald Reagan's re-election bid down double-digit points.  With Ed Rollins as Reagan's National Campaign Director the campaign recovered to win one of the most amazing election victories in American history, turning that 18-point deficit into an 18 percent advantage in the popular vote.  On Election Day the campaign won 49 out of 50 states and the highest number of electoral votes ever in the Electoral College.
